Guiness is a five year old, neutered, black and tan, Dachshund wearing a collar with ID tags and is microchipped.
He was with his person on a boat at Folsom Lake. After getting out of the lake, and as the person was loading the boat onto the trailer, Guinness was put down to play with another dog. However, his person forgot to put Guinness back into the car before driving away. He said he got back to the boat ramp within 15 minutes, but Guinness was gone.
There was one sighting of Guinness playing with a small boy as the boy's family was hanging out at the dock.
