On February 18, 2014, I received a notice from Boycat's microchip company that Boycat had been found. I have not heard from Boycat's people, so I don't know any of the details.

Search Details:
Boycat is a five year old, neutered, indoor only DSH orange tabby. When he went missing he was not wearing a collar but he was microchipped.
He escaped from the apartment by accident after running out of the front door, but his person did not know he was outside. He was not discovered missing for about an hour.
Boycat went missing in the afternoon of Thursday, January 16, and we did the search on the following Friday.
There were two sightings of Boycat shortly after he went missing. We started from the most current sighting, just outside the perimeter of the apartment complex, which was only a half a block away from Golden Gate Park.
After showing Dino the entire area surrounding the apartment building, he found a track leading away from the area toward Judah, and then made a left onto Judah and continued towards downtown San Francisco, all the way into the Tenderloin District. It appeared to me that Boycat had been picked up somewhere inside Golden Gate Park and carried out of the area. The track was not the direction of a cat traveling on their own, but more of a human.
Boycat's people stopped the search at the four hour mark and they said they would continue to look for him.
I received an email from the microchip registry that Boycat had been found around the date of February 18, which would mean that Boycat was missing for a month. There are no details as to where he was found or how. So far, I have not heard directly from Boycat's people.
