Search Details:
Butters is a female, adult, blue eyed, creme/buff, indoor/outdoor, Siamese mix DSH. When she went missing she was not wearing a collar and she was not microchipped.
Butters was let outside by her person in the morning as usual, but Butters did not return later that day per her normal schedule.
Butters went missing on Monday, January 13th and we came out to do the search 10 days later on January 23rd.
There were no sightings of Butters after she went missing.
Dino found the track leading out of the isolated suburban neighborhood into an expansive open space area that surrounds the neighborhood. We followed the track all the way through the area, eventually to Redwood Road, which is a road that lead into Castro Valley or off to Oakland Hills to the right.
Butters' person stopped the search at the five hour mark and she said she would continue to search for Butters.
